🍽️ Nourishing meals lovingly prepared by our talented retreat chef (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
🌞 Daily ceremonies, embodiment practices, and rituals
💦 Wild swimming and forest sauna
🎶 Medicine music and sound healing with Ines Braddell
This is a retreat for your body, soul, and spirit—a chance to sink into nature’s embrace and nourish your wild self.
Each day will be a tapestry of ancient wisdom, sisterhood, and the gentle power of nature—awakening your senses, igniting your wild, and bringing you home to yourself.
Beyond the earthly pleasures of wild swimming, evening saunas, and nourishing feasts lies the heart of this journey: a deep reconnection to your authentic wild self.
Women are the keepers of life, the vessels of creation. When we feel disconnected, the way home is through the body—through remembering that we are the earth embodied.
To reclaim our wild nature, we must be immersed in Mother Nature herself.

Meet your host: Christine Cara
Christine is a dedicated guide in the art of reconnecting women to their inner wisdom.
Through years of deep spiritual practice, yoga, embodiment and somatic work, she has cultivated a space for women to return to their innate power, embrace their authenticity, and remember a more intuitive way of being.
Her journey began from personal transformation—navigating trauma, addiction and womb healing, she was led to explore healing through many different modalities, traveling different countries to learn and train with experts and healers.
Now, a mother and space holder she holds space for women with deep compassion and love, weaving together ancient practices and modern embodiment work to create experiences that nourish, awaken, and empower.
Wilder Ways retreat invites you to step into sacred connection with yourself, the wild, and a community of like-hearted women. Through movement, ritual, and deep rest, this retreat is an invitation to return home to yourself.
Meet Your Assistant Host: Ines
Ines is a devoted space holder with a deep passion for supporting women on their journeys of self-discovery and healing. Currently studying psychology, she weaves her knowledge of the mind with her embodied experience of holding transformational spaces. She has assisted in many of my retreats and gatherings, as well as recently supporting psychedelic healing retreats, bringing her gentle strength and intuitive presence to each space she steps into.
At Wilder Ways Ines will not only be assisting in the facilitation of our journey but will also be sharing her angelic voice, blessing us with Spanish medicine songs accompanied by the rhythmic heartbeat of the drum. Her presence is a gift, and I’m so excited for you to experience the warmth, wisdom, and deep care she brings to this retreat.
