Hatha Tantra Yoga
Yoga is at the heart of all the ways in which I hold space. Hatha & Tantra yoga is an ancient science and philosophy to help guide a person back to themselves. Through asana’s (postures) and pranayama (breath work)- this practice is deep and transformational.
I teach a hybrid of Hatha, Tantra and Vinyasa in my London studio classes.

meditation
Meditation is a practice for creating greater awareness, focus and understanding of the mind. It is a greatly powerful tool that has the potential to change your entire perspective.
This ancient technique when practiced regularly creates a sense of calm, balance and clarity.
Meditation has changed my life. It creates space to understand the mind, to clear the heightened overwhelm of so much thinking and find truth under all the noise.
It is particular useful for those with stressful, busy lives. Those that suffer with anxiety or regular overwhelm.

breath work
Pranayama or breath work is a vital and always accessible tool to create harmony with yourself.
To be aware of how you are breathing can change your entire nervous system response, giving you a life long tool to manage life’s inevitable eps and flows.
Pranayama is from the yogic tradition, which means to control your breath. There are many different pranayama’s for specific times, outcomes and benefits depending on the persons need.

Tibetan bowl sound healing
Sound healing uses different vibrations to trigger feeling through the body, mind and spirit. It works with two aspects: That different emotions vibrate at different levels, and that blocked, or unexpressed emotions, are the main source of dis-harmony.
