1:1 sessions are a space to practice more intimately with myself but more importantly with yourself.
An opportunity to deepen your practice. Having a 1:1’s can build greater intention and awareness into your practice. Giving you better understanding of your body with full attention from myself as I guide you.
This can be purely yoga, meditation, embodiment practices or a mixture between them all. These sessions will be designed purely around what it is you need to support your journey.
Options for 90 minutes & 60 minutes. Group of 5x 60 mins
